Week 6 – TEST \ REAP

This final week, is the time of practical application. The purpose is to test the ”harvest”. Is it now ripe and ready for harvesting, is it now time to reap?

Farmers use all their senses: sight, sound, touch, taste and smell in evaluating and testing the crops readiness. We need to have our spiritual senses properly trained to understand when the time is right to reap.

This week of intercession is about asking the Lord of the Harvest to train us to recognize the signs, and then for us to go and check the crop and to reap when it is ready.

Ecclesiastes 3:1
There is a time for everything, a season for every activity under heaven..

Galatians 6:7-10
Don't be misled: No one makes a fool of God. What a person plants, he will harvest. The person who plants selfishness, ignoring the needs of others- ignoring God -- Harvests a crop of weeds! All he'll have to show for his life is weeds! But the one who plants in response to God, letting God's Spirit do the growth work in him, harvests a crop of real life, eternal life. So let's not allow ourselves to get fatigued doing good. At the right time we will harvest a good crop if we don't give up, or quit. Right now, therefore, every time we get the chance, let us work for the benefit of all.....

Ask God to make the condition of the harvest clear to you, as you make contact with the people you have been praying for. Ask father what the next step is for each individual, and ask Him to show you how you can move things forward. If the person is not yet ready to yield to Father, then ask God to guide you specifically how to help them as you continue praying for them .
