Sound memories?

The Bethlehem Live audio promo' is almost ready! I had an interesting time today working with the very talented Mr Andy Green of 'Corner House Productions' as we put together a quick promo' track for the event.

Creativity!
It was fascinating to watch as Andy added a little echo here, or dropped in an effect there, to build up a feel for the track.(I'll post a link to the promo', on this blog, once it's finished) Watching anyone work skilfully at something always reminds me that each of us has a mixture of gifts, talents and characteristics that make up that individual. The mix is always unique, other people may have a similar mix, but no two people are identical. God's creativity knows no bounds, and as we are made in His image, then it's not wonder that people are so creative.

Uniquely You
Bethlehem Live will be made up of unique individual contributions, that will work together to create the whole event. Our presentation of that very first Christmas will contain some timeless, unchanging truths, but it will be told in in a unique way by unique individuals. It will also be seen by other unique individuals who will view it through personal 'lenses' made up of their life experiences.

The most memorable day?
The Bethlehem Live event will form some small part of the collage of experiences that each of us carry in our memory. For some it may become the most memorable day of their life, for others it will simply be a small diversion along the way. Our prayers will help decide whether Bethlehem Live becomes a cherished memory or just another Christmas event, quickly discarded. Let us pray that many find themselves reminiscing with joy about the day they met Jesus.
